**"hrmap"**, insan kaynakları süreçlerini kolaylaştırmak için tasarlanmış bir **B2B SaaS** İnsan Kaynakları Yönetim Sistemi **(HRMS)** uygulamasıdır. Şirketlerin çalışan bilgilerini yönetmesine, izin ve masraf taleplerini işlemeye ve şirket etkinliklerini tek bir platformda düzenlemesine olanak tanır.

**"hrmap"**, birden fazla firmanın personel bilgilerini, izinlerini ve masraflarını yönetebileceği bir İnsan Kaynakları Yönetim Sistemi (HRMS) uygulamasıdır. Uygulamada, dört farklı kullanıcı tipi bulunmaktadır:

- **Admin**: "hrmap" uygulaması yöneticisi.
- **CompanyOwner**: "hrmap" uygulamasına abone olmuş şirketin sahibi.
- **CompanyManager**: "hrmap" uygulamasına abone olmuş şirketin yöneticisi.
- **CompanyUser**: "hrmap" uygulamasına abone olmuş şirketin personeli.

Şirket yetkilisi, **"hrmap"** tarafına başvurur "**CompanyOwner**" rolünde hesap oluşturulur. Admin, şirket adına hesap açtıktan sonra, sisteme giriş izni verilir. "**CompanyOwner**" rolündeki kullanıcı, aynı şirkette çalışan "**CompanyManager**" rolündeki kullanıcıları sisteme ekler ve erişim izni verir. "**CompanyManager**", personelleri sisteme ekleyip ilk giriş parolalarını göndererek onların sistemi kullanmalarını sağlar.

Personeller, izin taleplerini **oluşturabilecek** ve masraflarını yöneticilerine **onaya gönderebilecektir**. Yöneticiler ise gelen talepleri **onaylayıp reddedebilecektir**. Uygulama, tatil günleri, resmi tatiller, yaklaşan etkinlikler ve doğum günleri gibi bilgileri ana sayfada gösterecektir.

### Kurulum

**1.**

```bash
$ git clone https://github.com/hasanyurdakul/hrmap.git
```

**2.**
HRMS.API dizininde bulunan appsettings.json dosyasında MSSQL Connection Stringinizi giriniz.

**3.**

```bash
$ cd HRMS.API
$ dotnet restore
$ dotnet run
```

**4.**

```bash
$ cd HRMS_Client
$ npm install
$ npm run dev
```

### Akış

**1.**
Database başarıyla migrate edilmiş ve uygulamalar sorunsuz ayağa kalkmış ise,

```bash
username:Admin
password:Admin123.
```

kullanıcısı ile **"Admin" rolünde** uygulamaya giriş yapabilirsiniz.

**2.**
İlk olarak bir şirket kayıt edin. Ardından bu şirkete bir kullanıcı oluşturun. Oluşturduğunuz kullanıcı **CompanyOwner rolünde** olacaktır. Sistem, **otomatik bir parola** oluşturacak ve kullanıcının **mail adresine bu parolayı gönderecektir**.

**3.**
**CompanyOwner** rolünde oluşturduğunuz kullanıcı ile giriş yapın. Yeni bir kullanıcı oluştur bölümünden bir kullanıcı oluşturun. Oluşturduğunuz kullanıcı **CompanyManager rolünde** olacaktır. **Şifre ve mail akışları önceki adımla aynıdır**.

**4.**
**CompanyManager** rolündeki kullanıcınız, **CompanyUser rolündeki yetkisiz kullanıcıları oluşturabilir**. Bu roldeki kullanıcılar, şirketteki **personellerinize** oluşturacağınız kullanıcılar olacaktır. CompanyManager rolündeki kullanıcınız, uygulama kullanıcısı oluşturmanın yanı sıra, personel listesine yeni personel ekleyebilir, personel bilgilerini görebilir, oluşturulmuş izin ve masraf taleplerini yönetebilir, şirket içi etkinlik oluşturabilir, yeni bir departman ve iş tanımı oluşturabilir.

**5.**
**CompanyUser** rolündeki kullanıcınız, iş arkadaşlarının iletişim bilgilerini ve kalan izin günlerini görebilir. İzin ve masraf **talebi** oluşturabilir. Onay veya red almış ya da hala sonuçlanmamış taleplerini sistem üzerinden görebilirler.

**6.**
**Tüm kullanıcılar**, yaklaşan personel doğum günlerini, yaklaşan şirket içi etkinlikleri, yaklaşan resmi tatilleri anasayfalarında görebileceklerdir.

1.  Micro Muzayed project is a Microservices proof of concept project developed using technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Identity Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MassTransit, RabbitMQ, YARP, SignalR, xUnit, NextJS and so on.
2.  The application is designed to support scalable web APIs using ASP.NET Core. This represents an approach that adopts microservices architecture to enable functionality to be distributed and scaled in a modular manner.
3.  Data persistence was addressed by diversifying across different database technologies. Using Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, the application was integrated into different data storage solutions. This provided flexibility and performance in data management.
4.  Reliable messaging and event-driven architecture were implemented using RabbitMQ and MassTransit. These technologies increased the durability of the application, ensuring that messages were delivered reliably and events were managed effectively.
5.  Authentication and authorization processes were effectively managed using Identity Server.
6.  Used YARP in Gateway Service for flexible API routing. This enabled the application to dynamically manage API routes and change redirects as needed, creating a more flexible and scalable API infrastructure.
7.  Created a notification service utilizing SignalR. This enabled real time updates to be pushed to clients efficiently. The service improved user engagement by providing real time alerts and notifications.
8.  Handled synchronous service-to-service communications with gRPC. This ensured efficient, low-latency communication between microservices. Additionally, it facilitated better error handling.
9.  Wrote unit tests with xUnit. This guaranteed the code's reliability and correctness by systematically verifying individual components

## Installation

You can run this app locally on your computer by following these instructions:

1. Clone the repository

   ```
   git clone https://github.com/hasanyurdakul/MicroMuzayede.git
   ```

2. Change directory into the MicroMuzayede
   ```
   cd MicroMuzayede
   ```
3. Make sure Docker Desktop is installed on your computer. If you don't have it, install from Docker following their instructions for your OS [here](https://docs.docker.com/desktop/).
4. Build the services locally on your computer by running command below ( Because the images are being downloaded for the first time, this may take several minutes to complete )
   ```
   docker compose build
   ```
5. Once build completes, run following command to run the services:
   ```
   docker compose up -d
   ```
6. Change into the frontend/web-app directory
   ```
   cd frontend\web-app
   ```
7. Install required packages by running
   ```
   npm install
   ```
8. After installing packages, run command below to run app
   ```
   npm run dev
   ```
9. You should now be able to browse to the app on http://localhost:3000/
10. Try to register or sign-in with built-in test users
    ```
    ID: bob   	Password: Pass123$
    ID: alice 	Password: Pass123$
    ```

I aimed to provide a seamless experience, allowing users to input their creative prompts and receive visually captivating images generated through the OpenAI API.

With Next.js for server-side rendering and React for dynamic front-end interactions, this application promises speed and responsiveness. Tailwind CSS streamlines UI development, while MongoDB handles data storage and Express manages server-side operations. Leveraging Render for deployment and Cloudinary for image hosting, scalability and reliability are prioritized.
